Returns

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

• Beauty products, cosmetics, and intimate items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

Refunds

• Once the return is approved and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for defective or incorrect items only.
